What to do about an unauthorized Transaction

If you see a transaction you did not authorize, act immediately.

  • In the App: Go to the transaction and tap ‘Report Transaction’. Clearly state that the transaction was unauthorized.

  • By Email: Contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please use the subject line "Unauthorized Transaction" and include all relevant details.

State the urgency in your message. Our team will investigate and take swift action to secure your account.
