Cancelling a Transaction

If you need to cancel a transaction after it has been completed, please act immediately.

  • Tap the Report Transaction button on the transaction confirmation screen.

  • You can also email us directly at [email protected] with the transaction details.

Please note: Once a transaction is processed, we cannot guarantee that funds can be recovered. The speed of your report is critical, and resolution depends on the recipient's bank and other factors outside our control. We will do our best to assist you
