On the transaction confirmation screen, tap the ‘Report Transaction’ button.
This will immediately alert our team. A support agent will contact you to assist.
Option 2: Email Us Directly
You can also send an email directly to [email protected].
Please include details like the transaction date, amount, and the recipient's name in your email.
The sooner you report the issue, the better our chances of assisting you.
