Resetting Your Password or PIN

To Change Your Password (When Logged In)

  1. Go to Settings (bottom-right corner of the homepage).

  2. Tap Reset Password.

  3. Enter your current password.

  4. Enter and confirm your new password.

  5. You will see a confirmation: ‘Password Changed Successfully’.


To Reset a Forgotten Password (When Logged Out)

  1. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot Password.

  2. Enter the email or phone number linked to your account. Tap Proceed.

  3. Enter the OTP sent to your email or phone.

  4. Create and confirm your new password.

  5. You will be prompted to create a new passcode.

  6. You will see a confirmation: ‘Password Reset Successfully’.


To Change Your Transaction PIN

  1. Go to Settings (bottom-right corner of the homepage).

  2. Tap Transaction Pin.

  3. Tap Change Transaction Pin.

  4. Enter your old PIN.

  5. Enter and confirm your new PIN.

  6. You will see a confirmation: ‘Pin Changed Successfully’.


To Reset a Forgotten Transaction PIN

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Transaction Pin.

  3. Tap Forgot Pin.

  4. Tap Proceed to receive an OTP via email.

  5. Enter the OTP and tap Done.

  6. Enter and confirm your new PIN.

  7. You will see a confirmation: ‘Pin Changed Successfully’.
