After you complete your identity verification (KYC), Omits will automatically create your first wallet in your local currency.
If you are in Canada, you will receive a CAD wallet.
If you are in Nigeria, you will receive a NGN wallet.
This wallet will be ready for you to add money and start sending.
To Add Other currencies
You can add wallets in different currencies to your account. Here's how:
On your Homepage, tap the currency button in the top-left corner, just below your profile picture.
Select Add New Currency.
Choose the currency you want (e.g., USD, CAD, GBP) from the list. It will be created and added to your wallets automatically.
You will see a confirmation message: "Your [Currency] wallet has been created."
You can now view and switch to your new wallet by tapping the currency icon on the homepage.
Please note: For certain currencies, you may be required to provide additional information before the wallet can be created.
