How to Verify Your Identity
After signing up and logging in, you will see the homepage.
Click on the Verify Identity button.
This will take you to the Get Verified page, which shows you the steps and lists the required documents (e.g., Government-issued ID).
Click Get Started to begin the process.
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your details and a picture of your ID.
What Happens Next?
If your verification is successful, a Verification Completed confirmation will appear.
If your verification fails, you will receive an email with further instructions. You can either retry the process or contact our Support Team at [email protected] for assistance.
